Cookin’ Lemon Tilapia w/Pasta featured at a Wine Paring Home Party
At a recent wine pairing home party, I created a Lemon Tilapia Pasta dish to feature a citrus white wine produced by winemaker friend Kevin Donnelly from Citrus Wines in CA. Great pairing! Tilapia is a light, white fish that easily absorbs the juice flavors and seasonings used in my dish. I marinated it overnight and sautéed the tilapia in selected ingredients to enhance this delicate fish!
